A: | All VMs that are supported by Hyper-V and have integration drivers installed, supported by Rackspace Support or unsupported, are backed up by using the Hyper-V Comm Vault Agent. |

A: | No. While both Hyper-V and ESX have components and features that enable VDI and might be supported at the HYP layer, the Rackspace does not support VDI. |
